Our goal

We have built this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the widely accepted standard for making web content accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments.

What we have done

This site was designed and built with accessibility in mind, including:

Semantic HTML structure with proper headings and landmarks
A “skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen reader users
Full keyboard operation of all menus, accordions, tabs, and forms
Visible focus indicators so keyboard users can see where they are
Text and background color combinations that meet contrast requirements
Descriptive alternative text on images
Form fields with clear labels and error messages that are announced by screen readers
Reduced animation for visitors whose devices request it
Layouts that work when text is enlarged and on a range of screen sizes

Known limitations

Some parts of this site rely on content from other companies, and we do not control how accessible that content is. This includes the embedded map, the financing applications operated by Synchrony and Wells Fargo, and manufacturer logos and links. We are working to identify and reduce these gaps.
